This summer may look slightly different than the last, but there’s one activity that will remain unchanged in our household and that’s a good backyard hang sesh! Whether it’s lounging around, refreshment in hand, soaking in those warm summer temps and that summer sunshine, dinner al fresco under the pergola and twinkle lights, or a good old fashioned s’mores date by the fire, we fully plan on enjoying every second of this magical season the only way we know how… outside! Which means that right now our home decor brains are buzzing over all of the charming, cozy outdoor decor that’s emerging all over the interwebs at the moment, tons of which is on mega sale in celebration of the unofficial kickoff to summer this weekend… Memorial Day!

Adding functional, comfy, cozy outdoor decor that invites us in and allows us to make the absolute most out of all of our outdoor spaces is kind of always a focus around here because we’re lucky enough to live that indoor/outdoor, barefoot cottage lifestyle all year round thanks to Phoenix’s stellar weather, which means I’m always on the hunt. I’m definitely happiest hanging out outside, which means that I want cozy seating all around, functional outdoor cooking and dining spaces, dreamy lighting for late nights spent under the stars or by the fire, chic citronella candles in abundance to keep those critters at bay sans the eye sore, cheery doormats that welcome guests and keep dust and debris out, pretty storage solutions of all kinds, creative garden gadgets and charming cottage accent details galore. Is that so much to ask? Apparently not because there’s all of that and more in abundance out there right now and I am Here. For. It.
