The moment is finally here! Today, we’re sharing our fall bucket list full of festive fall activity, fun outdoor adventure, and cozy fall moments at home galore. Dare I say that this season’s list is my favorite of this year’s bucket lists here on the blog? One of the reasons I love this season so much is that there’s endless opportunity for outdoor adventure and exploration, paired with so many cozy, memorable moments at home. That’s pretty much my recipe for bliss! Which is why I’ve fallen so hard in love with these Chinchilla Collar Slippers from Acorn, a footwear brand that really shoots straight to my cozy-loving heart! These versatile beauties are not only helping me kick off my seasonal bucket list in style, they’ll keep me comfy and cozy for my fall activities—from outdoor adventure, to travel, to cozy lounging of all kinds, all season long!
You guys know I put priority on finding pieces for my wardrobe that work really hard for me and put comfort and versatility at the forefront. I love that these can take me from cozy lounging at home to all of my outdoor and travel adventures this fall without ever having to switch it up and sacrifice comfort. They’re made for après anything! Which is exactly what Acorn does best. Form meets function in the comfiest creations you can wear anywhere (you can check out more of their awesome products here). They’re basically all of my comfy-cool footwear dreams come true, and I’m so excited that they’ll be my trusty sidekick as C and I tackle this epic fall bucket list this season!
We don’t necessarily get a typical “fall” season here in Phoenix due to the atypical weather and landscape, so the traditional fall activities that I enjoyed growing up in Michigan aren’t exactly around every corner here in the city. But that’s exactly why making a fall bucket list full of all of the fall activities and outdoor adventure we love is so important to us! It reminds us to get out there beyond the city limits to explore and find as much fall adventure as possible. We also love to make as many snuggled-up fall moments happen at home wherever and whenever we can so we’re not missing out on those simple fall delights that make this season so special in every corner of the country.
If you’re not familiar with our DIY Bucket List board, make sure you hop on over to that post and see exactly how we made our fun, festive, super easy DIY bucket list board in just a few simple steps. You can even use them to create your own seasonal bucket list board in your home! So, what was the genesis of our seasonal bucket list board project? Last winter we wanted to find ways to be more intentional with the time we had together and be reminded of all of the things we love doing as a couple throughout the season, so we can get out there and actually do them! Now it hangs on the wall in our home in a place we walk by every single day, calling us, inspiring us, and keeping us present in our lives and in our relationship—especially since C is on the road so much for work and our time together in the same place can be scarce. It may seem like something so small and simple, but trust us when we say that the seasonal bucket list board and making a seasonal bucket list in general has been absolutely life-changing and not to mention, so much fun. Highly recommend, friends!
So, without further ado, we present our fun-filled fall bucket list that as you can see has already taken us from cozy mornings on the couch curled up with Hamlet to a breathtaking sunset at the Mogollon Rim on the most perfectly chilly fall evening. As you can see, I stayed comfy and cozy in my Acorns for all of it! How awesome is that? The list has been pure magic so far and we can’t wait to keep crossing items off and making fall memories—and do it all in comfy-cozy style in my Acorns!
